Anais’ hard work ethic, great attention to detail, and outgoing personality make real estate the perfect fit for her. Born and raised in Manhattan, NY, she moved to Washington, DC in 2011 to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree from The George Washington University. After a four year stint in DC and an additional four in Alexandria, VA, she now resides in Silver Spring with her husband, Aaron, and two dogs, Cash & Charlie. Her experience in Virginia, Maryland, and DC allow her to provide insightful and knowledge-backed considerations to her clients, supporting them to make the most well-informed decisions.

Anais has extensive project management and design experience. Her expertise in project management and client customer service allow her to negotiate and manage complicated real estate transactions with ease. She is exceptionally organized, attentive, and strives to provide her clients with the best experience possible – always with a smile!

In her spare time, she loves to exercise. You can find her on her peloton, at Barry’s Bootcamp, or out on a run! She values quality time with her friends and family, and can always be spotted taking one-too-many photos of her dogs :).
